Erie Mower Guy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Huge thank you to the guys over at Gerlach's Power Equipment Center⁠. Especially Erie Mower Guy. I stopped in after my trimmer gave up during a heavy commercial overgrowth job and was looking for guidance on what direction to take my equipment lineup for Mammoth Outdoor Services. Instead of simply trying to sell me equipment, he took the time to look at the work I was dealing with, discuss my business goals, and recommend machines that would actually fit the type of commercial work I want to pursue. The advice on the Stihl KM series, brush cutter setup, and commercial equipment needs was incredibly helpful. You can tell he genuinely knows the industry and understands what landscapers go through in the field. Honest advice, real-world experience, and excellent customer service go a long way. I had an excellent experience getting some equipment serviced here recently. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. It is rare to find a place that is this straightforward and transparent, and the repair work was finished even faster than they originally estimated. If you’re looking for reliable service and people who really know their stuff, I’d highly recommend checking them out.

I got a quote to buy stone for my driveway was quoted 148.00. The 1st employee was very kind. She even doubled checked the price to ensure it was correct. Went back a week later to pay for it and have it delivered a different employee stated it was 220 plus 45 delivery. The 2nd employee wasn't so pleasant actually not kind at all. she stated the previous employee didn't know what she was doing I dont believe that's not how to talk about the company's fellow employee's. Mind you the 1st employee helped me with what stone to get and educated me on why. The 2nd employee didnt even move from behind the counter and just sneared at you. Both employees were given the same exact measurements and it was about 100 dollar difference. I did not purchese and left very upset. Not just the price diffrence i probably would have purchsed but the attitude from employee I wont be returning. Employees make the company

I cannot say enough good things about Gerlach Power Equipment. They were absolutely amazing in helping me troubleshoot an issue with my mower.
